These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the BrightPath website and your participation in coaching and consulting services.

1. Nature of Services

BrightPath provides professional coaching, leadership development, and organizational consulting services for individuals, groups, and enterprises.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal services.
Coaching supports reflection, clarity, alignment, and action but does not replace licensed professional services.

2. Client Responsibility & Agency

Clients acknowledge that:

Coaching is a collaborative process
They retain full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes
Results vary based on engagement, context, and effort

No guarantees of outcomes are made.

3. Confidentiality

BrightPath maintains confidentiality consistent with professional coaching standards.

Information may be disclosed only:

With client consent
When required by law
When there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to self or others

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, content, and methodologies are the intellectual property of BrightPath Coaching LLC unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Enterprise & Group Engagements

Enterprise and group engagements may be governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), or contracts. In the event of a conflict, those agreements will prevail.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Scheduling

Payment terms, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking or contract execution and must be adhered to as agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BrightPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services rendered

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

BrightPath reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
