ABOUT LISA SIMEON

I've Sat In the Seat You're In.

For nearly 20 years, I have served in executive leadership roles, including roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, and acting CEO. I have had P/L responsibilities, led global transformations, redesigned organizations, and steered complex operations across multiple continents, aligning strategy, people, technology, and execution to strengthen culture and deliver measurable results. I have succeeded, failed, and always learned.

I know what it costs to carry that. I also know what it makes possible and impossibly hard to achieve objectives.

Why I Coach

CEOs are often the most under coached people in an organization. Everyone brings them problems. Very few people ask them the right questions.

I coach because I believe people thrive when they have the clarity and courage to lead from who they truly are. My role is to help them see themselves, their choices, and their possibilities more clearly so they can lead with intention, navigate complexity without losing themselves, and ultimately create the conditions for others to thrive too.
I coach CEOs and founders carrying accountability for results they cannot deliver alone, and who want a thinking partner rather than a cheerleader.

I coach executive teams where every leader is capable individually, but the hardest issues stay unnamed, decisions take too long, and the team is not yet moving as one. I have sat on those teams and I have led them. I know the difference between polite alignment and real alignment.

I coach individual executives investing in their own growth, at VP level and above, who are not waiting for permission or a budget to pursue it. As a CHRO I sat in the rooms where talent decisions were actually made. I know what gets a leader considered for the next seat, and I know how rarely anyone tells them directly. Your work with me is yours. It stays yours.

I bring something most coaches cannot. I have sat close to that seat. I understand the P&L pressure, the board conversation, the leader who is not performing, and the strategy that reads beautifully and is not moving. You will feel less alone in the seat and more confident trusting your own decisions.

My Coaching Philosophy

The answers are already within you.
My job is not to be the expert. It is to be the guide. I show up fully focused, I listen to understand, and I ask the questions that help you see what is moving you forward and what is holding you back. Together we design the leadership and the life you actually want, from a place of possibility rather than fear.

Whether I am working with one leader, an intact executive team, or an enterprise, the work is the same. See clearly. Align what you say matters with how you actually spend your time, money, authority, and recognition. Thrive in a way that does not depend on any one person’s heroics, including yours.

Leadership for Collective Thriving™

SEE. ALIGN. THRIVE

“I believe leadership is an act of stewardship.”

Stewardship means the organization was here before you and will be here after you. Your work is not to extract everything it can produce during your tenure. Your work is to design the conditions where people and results both grow, and to leave those conditions stronger than you found them.

I have watched organizations chase performance by pushing harder on people, and I have watched the same organizations wonder why the results did not hold. Performance that depends on heroics is not performance. It is exposure.

Organizations are living systems, not machines. When people can see the impact they are working toward, understand why their contribution matters, participate rather than observe, trust each other in both directions, hold themselves to real standards, and see the company’s time, money, authority, and recognition line up with what it says matters most, thriving is not an accident. It is designed.

Every person has more potential than they can currently see in themselves. So does every organization I have walked into.

Because organizations do not thrive despite their people. Organizations thrive because we thrive.

You go. I go. Let’s go farther together.
